Dowel Machinery Pvt.Ltd. is situated on Dhebar Road (S), right in the heart of the Atika Industrial Area. It’s a noisy part of town, but that’s expected when you’re surrounded by factories and workshops. Our place isn’t anything special to look at from the outside, just another industrial unit with a heavy door. Once you step inside, you’ll see where the real work happens. We have various machines and tools scattered around because something is always being put together or taken apart. The floors aren't exactly sparkling clean, but they show the work we do every day. Most of the guys here have grease on their hands by ten in the morning. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a bunch of people in suits. Usually, you’ll find us in the back checking on the latest project or talking about how to fix a stubborn piece of equipment. The heat can get a bit much in the summer since the high ceilings hold a lot of it, but we have a few big fans that keep the air moving. People around Atika know us as the place that just gets on with things. We don't spend much time on meetings; we’d rather be out on the floor actually working. It’s a straightforward way to run a business, and it seems to work well enough for us here. There's always someone around to help out if a customer stops by with a question.
