Krishna Industries

Krishna Industries is located on Dindayal Street No. 2, which is just a short hop from the Aji Dam Chowkdi. Being so close to the chowkdi means there's always noise from the traffic and the big trucks passing by. Our place is a straightforward industrial unit. We don’t go in for anything fancy. Inside, it’s mostly just the floor space where the production happens. We’ve got a small area for the desk work, but most of the action is out where the machines are. It can get pretty hot in the summer, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We make various parts and components, depending on what the current contracts are. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows their job and just gets to it when they arrive in the morning. We often have tea breaks together outside on the street when things are a bit slow. It’s a hardworking neighborhood, lots of small shops and factories all doing their own thing. We’ve had our share of ups and downs, like any small business. Sometimes a machine breaks down or a shipment is late, and we all have to scramble to fix it. We don't have a big marketing department or a flashy website. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve seen our sign near the dam. It is a simple life, focused on production and making sure the quality is decent.
