Dic Ncc (Jv)

We are based in the Anupam Society area of Morbi, specifically at 15B in Samakata. This is the office for the DIC NCC joint venture. Dhiraj Kumar and N.K. Sabaria are the main people here. It is located in a more residential part of Morvi-2, which makes it feel a bit different from the heavy industrial zones. We use this space to manage the local construction and infrastructure work we are doing. It is not a big glass building. It is a functional space where we handle the day-to-day admin and planning. Usually, there are a few desks, some maps pinned to the walls, and a lot of site reports. We drink a lot of tea while we figure out schedules. Living and working in Gujarat means we are used to the heat and the busy pace of the city. We do not try to look like a giant corporation. We are just a local team trying to get the job done right. People from the society know us as the guys who are always busy with the project paperwork. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big phase, but we know where everything is. We just focus on the engineering and making sure the labor is coordinated. It is a straightforward life of work and community here in Samakata. We keep our heads down and get the tasks done.
