You can find us out in Bawana at Plot F-46 in Sector 4. Being in North Delhi means we deal with some pretty intense weather, really hot in the summer and then biting cold in the winter, but the work in the factory doesn't really stop for that. The industrial area here is massive and it can be easy to get lost if you don't know the sector numbers by heart. We’ve got our routine down, though. The morning starts with a quick check of the floor and then we get the heavy stuff moving. It’s loud and dusty sometimes, but that is just how an industrial site works. We’ve been at this location for a while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the trucks coming in and out of the sector at all hours. It's not the kind of place you come for a quiet chat, but we get plenty of work done. We handle various industrial tasks and there’s always something that needs fixing or adjusting on the fly. Most of us have been working together for years now, so we don't need to say much to know what needs to happen next. It's a straightforward life out here in Bawana. We finish up our shifts, head home through the heavy Delhi traffic, and come back the next day to do it all over again. It’s hard work, but it’s honest, and it keeps the lights on. We don't have time for anything flashy, just the day-to-day grit of the factory.
