Our place is on Deewan Para Main Road in Rajkot. We’ve got two things going on here, Manohar Motiwala Bros and Arvind Tours And Travles. It’s a bit of a mix, but it keeps us on our toes. One minute we might be talking about jewelry or pearls, and the next we’re trying to figure out a bus route or a flight for someone. The road outside is always loud with horns and people shouting. Rajkot is like that, especially around 360001. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The office is full of maps, old ledgers, and maybe some samples from the other side of the business. It’s not organized like a modern travel agency you’d see in a mall. We have wooden desks and old chairs that creak when you sit down. People come in to ask about prices or just to see what’s new. Sometimes we have to tell them a trip is full or a certain item isn’t in stock. It’s just how it goes. We don't use any slick slogans. We just talk to people like neighbors. Dealing with tours means a lot of phone calls to drivers and hotels, which can be a headache when they don’t pick up. But at the end of the day, we’ve been here long enough that people trust us to just get it done. We’re just here working on the main road every day.
