Decora Enterprize

We are over at 2, Lati Plot. It’s a bit of an industrial-feeling area, but it works well for what we do at Decora Enterprize. The space we have isn't very large, but it’s enough for our small team to get the work done. We handle a variety of items, and most of our day is spent checking inventory and making sure orders are packed up correctly. Lati Plot can get quite dusty and hot, especially in the summer months. We usually have the doors open to let some air in, but that also lets the street noise in. It’s a very practical environment. There are no fancy decorations or plush carpets in our office. We have wooden desks and metal shelves that are usually full of stuff. We like it this way because we don't have to worry about making a mess. Most of our neighbors are also running small businesses, so there is a sense of everyone just working hard to get through their list for the day. We don't talk much about visions or strategies. We just focus on the task right in front of us. If a customer calls, we answer. If a shipment arrives, we unload it. It’s not a complicated way to run a business, but it has kept us going for a long time. We take our breaks when we can and close up when the work is finished for the day.
