Cosmos Extrusion Pvt. Ltd.

Down here at G-2405 on Road F-2, the machines are pretty much always running. Cosmos Extrusion Pvt. Ltd. is located right near the second main gate of the Lodhika GIDC in Metoda, so the traffic around here is constant with all the big lorries coming through. We do a lot of extrusion work, which is basically just pushing material through dies to get the shapes we need for various projects. It’s dusty work and the floor is always covered in bits of scrap, but we try to sweep up at the end of every shift. The Kalawad Road area has grown so much lately, it’s hard to recognize it from five years ago. We have a small crew here, mostly guys from the nearby villages who have been with us for a while. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine gets stuck, and we all have to jump in together to fix it. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation, just a local outfit getting the jobs done as they come in. My office is a small room in the corner with a loud fan that barely works in the summer. We mostly talk to our customers over the phone or when they drop by the site to check on their orders. It’s a simple setup, really. No fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a lot of metal, heat, and people working. We've got our routine and it works for us.
