We are located at Survey No. 210, on Plots 7 and 8 along Rajoo Eng. Road in the Ganesh Industrial Estate. Working in a forge means it is always hot and noisy around here. We spend our days shaping metal, which requires a lot of heavy machinery and high temperatures. You can hear the rhythmic sound of the hammers from quite a distance away. It’s not the kind of place where you can wear nice clothes; everyone here is in heavy boots and work gear. We’ve been part of this industrial estate for quite a while now. The air is often thick with the smell of hot metal and oil. It’s tough work, and the shifts can be long when we have a big batch to finish. We don't have a fancy reception area or a polished front office. Most of our meetings happen right on the factory floor or in a small room with a few old chairs. We focus on the physical work and getting the specifications right for the pieces we are making. Sometimes the heat gets to be a bit much, but we take our breaks and then get back to the furnaces. It is a no-nonsense environment where everyone knows their job and does it without a lot of fuss. We aren't much for talking or making things sound better than they are. It’s just us, the fire, and the metal every single day. We keep the forge running.
