Our team at Captain Tractors operates out of unit 106 in the Royal Complex, which is situated right at the Bhut Khana Chowk. It’s a very busy intersection, so there is never a quiet moment during the workday. You can hear the horns and the engines of the traffic outside all day long. We’ve been based in this complex for a while now, and it’s a good central point for our operations. Most of what we do involves coordinating tractor sales and making sure the parts get to where they need to go. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some sturdy desks, a few chairs for visitors, and lots of paperwork stacked up. We prefer it that way because it feels more like a place where real work gets done. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, and we just sit and talk until it comes back on, which is just part of the routine here. We know the other shop owners in the Royal Complex, and we often share a tea in the afternoons when things slow down a little bit. We don't use big marketing slogans or try to act like a giant corporation. We’re just local people who know a lot about tractors and help out the folks in the farming community.
