CAN ENTERPRISE

You can find CAN ENTERPRISE over in Aarti Society, tucked away on Street Number 6. We are just off 25 Feet Road, near where Raviraj Pan Street cuts through. It’s a residential area mostly, so it stays a bit quieter than the main Dhebar Road nearby. We’ve been operating out of this space for several years. It started in a small room and we eventually took over the whole ground floor area. We deal in various household supplies and some hardware bits. The shelves are mostly wooden, some of them we built ourselves to fit the odd corners of the room. It’s not a place with air conditioning or bright neon signs. We just leave the door open to get a breeze. Usually, there's a stack of invoices on the desk and a few samples of what we’re selling laid out for people to see. Customers are usually neighbors or people who’ve been told about us by their friends. We don't do any social media or stuff like that. We just write down what people need and try to find it for them. Sometimes the street gets blocked by a delivery truck, and we have to help the driver navigate the narrow turn by the corner. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes. We take a break in the afternoon when it gets too hot to do much. It’s just a normal local business, nothing too fancy or complicated. We just try to stay honest.
