Our place is over at No. 9-10 in the Amar Arcade. It’s right in Manhar Plot, not too far from the People'S Bank at Lodhawad Chowk. If you know the area, you know it gets pretty crowded with traffic and people going about their business. We’ve been set up here for a bit, focusing on biomedical items which is a bit different from your average corner chemist. Most of our day is spent dealing with boxes and equipment that hospitals or clinics might need. The arcade is a busy spot, so there’s always noise from the street coming in. We keep our space organized, or at least we try to, even when things get hectic with deliveries. It’s not just about selling things; it’s about knowing what piece goes where and making sure we aren't running out of the essentials. Sometimes we are on the phone for hours talking to suppliers or checking on an order that’s stuck somewhere. Being near the bank means there are always people around, which is good I guess. We aren't a big corporation, just a small team working out of these units. The lighting in the back could be better, but it works for what we need. We handle a lot of technical stuff that needs careful storage. It’s steady work and keeps us on our toes every single day. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name on the door and some boxes in the window.
