Bhumi Polymers Pvt. Ltd.

We operate out of a few different spots at Survey No. 236, specifically Plot No. 33/B, 34, and 35. This is in the Jaykrishna Industrial Area, right along Vikash Stove Road. Having three plots means we’re always running back and forth between the buildings at Bhumi Polymers Pvt. Ltd. It keeps us on our toes. The air usually has that faint smell of heated plastic, which is just part of the job when you’re working with polymers. We have a lot of machines running at the same time, so it gets pretty noisy. You have to shout a bit to be heard over the hum. The staff here is a mix of older guys who have been with us forever and some younger ones learning the ropes. We don’t have a fancy canteen; we usually just sit together on some crates or at the small tables in the break area. The road outside is always busy with people going to other factories, so there’s a lot of dust and movement. We keep our doors open to let the air circulate, even when it’s hot outside. It’s a busy environment where something is always being loaded or unloaded. We don’t really go for all that corporate talk. We just focus on keeping the production lines moving and making sure the plots are organized enough so we don’t lose track of anything. It’s just us doing the job.
