Manidhar Oil Industries

Manidhar Oil Industries is tucked away at Plot No. 28-3 in Bhojarajpara. If you walk by, you can usually tell what we’re doing by the smell in the air. Processing oil is a heavy job, and the equipment we use takes a lot of maintenance to stay in good shape. We aren't a big corporation with thousands of employees. We’re just a small team of locals who know how to run the presses and manage the tanks. The floor can get a bit slippery if we aren't careful, so we spend a lot of time cleaning up spills as they happen. It’s a busy place, and there’s always a truck coming or going with something. Our office is just a tiny space off to the side where we keep the books and take calls. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls. It’s just a working environment. Most of our days are spent checking the gauges and making sure everything is flowing like it should. We’ve had some long nights when a machine breaks down or when we have a big deadline to meet. That’s just part of the business. We enjoy the work, even when it’s loud and hot. People around Bhojarajpara know where we are, and we’ve been part of this neighborhood for a long time now. We don't make a big fuss about things, we just get on with the work. We usually close up around sunset and head home. It is a good, steady life for us here.
