Being located right near Tulsi Metal, we are in a spot where there is always some kind of industrial activity happening. At Bhavani Industries, the day starts pretty early with getting everything ready for the shift. It is a bit of a dusty environment sometimes, but that is what you expect when you are working in this line of business. We spend most of our time dealing with the production side of things. There are days when the floor is completely covered in materials and everyone is moving fast to get things sorted. We are not a massive corporation with fancy offices; it is just a straightforward workplace where people put in their hours. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the narrow path outside, which can be a bit of a headache for the neighbors, but we manage. Most of our guys have been around for a long time and they know the machines inside out. We do not spend money on big signs or anything like that. People just know we are here. The work is steady and it keeps the lights on. Every now and then, we have to stop and fix a machine that is acting up, which slows things down, but we just get on with it. It is honest work and we are glad to be part of the local industrial scene near the metal shops. The coffee we make in the morning is probably the most sophisticated thing about the place.
