Our place is located at 2 Bhaktinagar St Plot, which is right near Dr. Dayabhai’s clinic here in Rajkot. If you know that clinic, you can’t miss us. We’ve been working out of this spot for quite a while. The shop is full of all sorts of electrical parts, wires, and switches. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes because we keep a lot of stock on hand. You’ll see boxes stacked up almost to the ceiling in the back. It’s not the cleanest or the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Usually, one of us is sitting near the front to help whoever walks in from the street. The area around Bhaktinagar is always lively, so there’s a lot of dust and noise, but that’s just Rajkot for you. We don’t have a website or anything fancy. People mostly know us by word of mouth or because they live nearby and saw the sign. We start early in the morning and stay until late evening. Sometimes we stay even later if there's a big order to sort out. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. We don’t spend money on big ads or stuff like that. We just focus on the items we have and the people who need them. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it works for us day after day.
