Bespoke Impex Pvt. Ltd. is found at No. 15 in Bha-Bha Bazaar, which is right along Ghi Kata Road. It’s an old part of town and the bazaar is always full of people and noise. We like the energy of the area, even if it’s a bit hard to find parking sometimes. Our shop is small and practical. We don't have a fancy lobby or a bunch of staff in suits. It’s usually just a couple of us handling orders and talking to suppliers. The walls are lined with samples and old calendars. We do a lot of import work, which means we’re constantly checking on shipping schedules and tracking numbers. Ghi Kata Road is a busy place to be, but it’s where all the trade happens. We don't use much marketing talk because our work speaks for itself. We just try to be honest with people about what we can do. Sometimes the power goes out in the bazaar and we have to wait it out, but we’re used to those little hiccups. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have any big corporate goals; we just want to get through the daily tasks and make sure our customers are satisfied with the items they get. It’s a simple, local business through and through. We just keep our heads down and do the job.
