Badani Foundry

Badani Foundry is located at 1/6- New Ghanchiwad. It is one of those places that has been around the neighborhood for a bit. Working in a foundry is hot, dirty work, and there is no way around that. We deal with molten metal and sand moulds every single day. The building itself is older, and you can see the years of soot and work on the walls. It isn't a place for people who are afraid of getting their clothes stained. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their job. There is a lot of rhythm to the way we pour the metal and let it cool. New Ghanchiwad is a tight area, and we are right there in the middle of it. Sometimes the neighbors might complain about the noise, but most people know us. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If you want to talk to us, you usually have to find someone who isn't busy at the furnace. We don't spend time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We are just a local foundry making parts for whoever needs them. It’s a simple life, but it’s what we know. The work is hard on the back and the hands, but seeing a finished casting come out right is a good feeling. Our spot at New Ghanchiwad isn't easy to find if you're not from around here. The building has been patched up a few times over the years.
