We are based on Gondal Road in Rajkot. The address is P.Box 1268, which is where all our mail goes. The road outside is always full of trucks and cars making a lot of noise. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time now, and we’ve seen the area change a lot over the years. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us trying to stay on top of the orders. We have some old desks and a lot of shelves filled with bottles and samples. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see fancy artwork on the walls. We’re just a small group of people working together. Usually, the morning starts with tea and a quick look at what needs to get done for the day. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we have a big shipment coming in, and we have to stack boxes wherever they can fit. The fans hum all day to keep the heat away. We don't have a fancy website or a big sales team. People just know where we are and what we do. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We mostly talk to our regulars and try to keep things moving without making too much of a fuss. Gondal Road is dusty, and by the end of the day, everything has a thin layer on it. We just wipe it down and start again the next morning. It’s hard work, but it’s our work and we are used to it.
