Suman Ceramics

You can find Suman Ceramics out at Dhuva, which is a bit of a drive towards Rajkot. We are right on the 8-A National Highway. It is a typical industrial area, so there is plenty of dust and big trucks everywhere you look. We have been at this location for a while now. The work at Suman Ceramics is mostly about staying on top of the production and making sure everything is moving along as it should. It isn't a glamorous job, but it’s what we know. The days are long and usually start before the sun is fully up. We spend our time in the factory or the small office we have on-site. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just talk about the work and what needs to be fixed. The 8-A highway is always loud, and the Rajkot heat can be something else in the middle of the year. We just drink plenty of tea and keep at it. At Suman Ceramics, we are just a bunch of regular people. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. We just know each other and know the job. Dhuva is a quiet place except for the highway noise, and it suits us just fine. We just want to do our work and keep the business going without any unnecessary fuss.
