Ashish Medical

Ashish Medical is located right at Astron Chowk in the Radha Chamber. If you’ve been around this part of Rajkot, you know it’s a busy intersection. Being near Kansagrsa Hospital means we get a lot of foot traffic from people visiting doctors or coming out of the hospital clinics. The shop is small and can get a bit cramped when three or four people are inside at once. We do our best to find what people are looking for quickly. Sometimes the handwriting on the notes people bring in is really hard to read, so we spend a bit of time double-checking things with them. We aren't trying to be anything more than a local pharmacy where you can get your tablets and syrups. The shelves are packed with all sorts of things, and sometimes it looks a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We stay open pretty late because of the location. The lights at Astron Chowk are always bright at night and there is always something going on. It’s a good spot for us. We know the regular families who live in the apartments nearby. They come in for band-aids or cough medicine or their regular blood pressure pills. We just talk to them like neighbors because that’s what they are to us. There’s no scripted greeting here, just a quick hello and we get to work.
