You will find Arrow Tecno Cast (Guj.) Pvt.Ltd. out in Veraval, specifically Shapar. We are located behind Gram Swaraj Mandal on Survey No. 239, covering plots 1 and 2. It is a pretty large area, which we need for all the casting work we do here. The heat from the furnaces is something you never really get used to, but it is part of the daily routine. We have got a lot of sand and metal moving around throughout the day. It is a noisy, busy place where people are always shouting over the equipment to get things done. We started this place because we knew how to work with molten metal and wanted to do it on our own terms. The floors are covered in dust and grit, and that is just the reality of a foundry. We do not have a fancy showroom or anything like that. If you come by, you will see us in our safety gear, probably looking a bit tired but focused on the pour. Every day brings a different challenge, whether it is a mold that will not set right or a machine that needs a new part. We just fix what needs fixing and keep moving. It is not a glamorous life, but there is something satisfying about seeing the liquid metal fill a mold and turn into a solid part. We take our breaks together and then get right back to the heat until the shift is over.
