Arrow Fine Chemicals

We’ve been here at Plot No. G-1023 on Road 1-A for a good while now. It’s right by Kishan Gate in the Gidc Lodhika area. If you know Kalawad Road, you know how busy it gets around Metoda. We handle a lot of chemical stuff here. It’s not fancy work, mostly just keeping the drums moving and making sure everything is labeled right. The sun hits the front gate pretty hard in the afternoon, so we usually try to get the heavy loading done early. My desk is near the window where I can see the trucks coming in from the main road. Sometimes the dust is a bit much, but that’s just how it is in an industrial zone. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start. We don't really do big meetings or anything, just talk over tea about what needs to go out today. The floor gets a bit messy with the powders and liquids we use, but we sweep up every evening before locking up the gate. It’s quiet once the machines stop. Metoda has changed a lot since we moved in. More buildings, more traffic. We just keep doing our bit with the chemicals. It’s a steady life and we know the neighbors well. Sometimes the power goes out for an hour, and we just sit outside on the benches and wait.
