Arp Pest Control is based out of the Manju Tirth Complex on Swami Vivekanand Road, right in the Ram Krishna Nagar area. If you live around here, you know how busy SV Road gets at all hours. Our little office is tucked in there, and it’s where we coordinate everything. We’ve been working in this specific part of the city for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the peculiar problems these older buildings have. Termites are a big thing around here because of the wood used in the older constructions. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; it’s just us answering the phone and heading out with our sprayers. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, but that’s just part of being in this location. We know most of the shopkeepers nearby and a lot of the families in the residential blocks. People usually stop by because they saw our board while stuck in traffic or they’ve heard about us from a cousin. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in India, just a reliable one for the people living nearby. It’s a lot of walking and climbing stairs, especially in the buildings without lifts, but it keeps us fit I suppose. We just take it one day at a time, dealing with whatever infestation comes our way, from bedbugs to those stubborn kitchen roaches.
