ARKA OVERSEAS LLP

Arka Overseas LLP is run out of Flat No. 301 in the Maruti Nandan Apartment, which is part of the Laxminarayan Society. It is more of a residential-style setup, which makes for a quiet and focused atmosphere. We have been here for a bit, and it works well for our needs. We handle overseas trading, so a lot of our time is spent on computers and phones, talking to people in different time zones. The Maruti Nandan building is a familiar sight in this neighborhood, and the society has a friendly feel to it. Working from an apartment means we don't have the typical cold office vibe; it’s a bit more personal and grounded. We have our desks set up and our files organized, but it still feels like being part of the local community. There aren't any big signs or flashing lights out front. Most people who come to see us are people we’ve known for a long time. We don't do any aggressive advertising or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s just us handling our export business as best as we can. The apartment has good light in the mornings, which is nice when we are starting our day. We have a small balcony where we sometimes take a break to get some fresh air. Sometimes the lift in the building is a bit slow, but we don't mind. It gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors. We value the steady routine of our work.
