We are set up on Gondal Road in Shapar, at Survey No. 267. It’s a heavy industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise from the neighboring factories and the big trucks rumbling by on the main road. Our building isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to get the pharma work done. The air usually smells a bit like dust and old machinery. We spend most of our time in the production area or the small office space near the front. It’s a bit cramped sometimes with all the supplies, but we make it work. The desk in the front is usually covered in delivery slips and half-empty coffee cups. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that; we just have a few people who know how to run the machines and keep the books. Most of the guys here have been working in Shapar for a long time, so they know the area well. When things break, we usually try to fix them ourselves before calling someone in. It’s just that kind of place. We aren't looking to win any awards for how the building looks. We just want to make sure the stuff we produce is done right and leaves the gate on time every single day. That's the main thing we worry about.
