Apana Electricals

We’ve been based at Ankur Industrial Estate for quite a while now. Our spot is at Plot No. 44, right behind the Back Bone Paper building. If you’re coming down Survey No. 275, you’ll see our gate. It’s usually busy with a few of us moving boxes of electrical components around. We aren’t a big operation, just a handful of people making sure orders get out to the local contractors. The warehouse isn't anything special to look at, just shelves and more shelves of wires, switches, and panels. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the big side door open for a breeze. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit messy when a big shipment comes in, but we sort it out eventually. We don’t have a fancy showroom or a team of salesmen in suits. Most of the time, I’m back there checking the stock myself or talking to a driver about a delivery. It’s honest work. We’ve seen other shops come and go in the estate, but we just keep doing what we do. People around here know us for being straightforward. If we have the part, we tell you. If we don’t, we don’t waste your time. It’s a bit dusty and noisy around the estate with all the trucks, but that’s just the way it is in this part of town. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting things done. We usually grab lunch from the stall around the corner.
