Our unit is over at Plot No. G-1154, near the Kishan Gate on Kalawad Road in Gidc Metoda. This area is full of plastic and polymer shops, so we fit right in. The smell of melting plastic is something you get used to pretty quickly after working here for a few days. We have various molds and machines that take up most of the floor space. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes when we have a lot of raw material sacks piled up near the entrance. We spend the morning setting up the runs and making sure the temperatures are right. It’s not just pressing buttons; you have to keep an eye on things to make sure the shapes come out right. When a machine breaks down, we usually try to fix it ourselves with whatever tools we have in the drawer. The office is just a small cabin with a table and a couple of chairs where we handle the bills. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they are also located in Metoda. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sitting on some crates or heading to the local stall nearby. It’s a lot of manual work, and we go home pretty tired most evenings. But it feels good to see the crates full of finished products at the end of the shift. We just focus on getting the orders out on time for our customers.
