Anjana Exim Private Limited operates out of an industrial shed in Rajkot. We are at Plot No 6, Shed No 2, in the Vavdi Industrial Area. This is near Neptune Cast, just off Gondal Road. If you know Rajkot, you know that Gondal Road is one of the main arteries for all the industrial work. It is a very dusty and noisy area because of all the manufacturing going on around us. Our shed isn't a fancy corporate office. It has high ceilings and a lot of metal, which gets pretty hot in the summer. We handle the export and import side of things from here. Most of our day involves checking on goods and making sure the trucks can get in and out of the plot easily. It is very hands-on work. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We are usually busy talking to the loaders or checking the inventory against our sheets. Being in Vavdi means we are right where the action is for Rajkot's industry. It’s a bit gritty, but it’s where the real business happens. We’ve been in this shed for a while now and we have a good system for how we store and move things. It’s a simple, hardworking environment. We just do our daily tasks and try to keep things organized.
