Anand Enterprise Inc.

Anand Enterprise Inc. is situated right on NH-8B, spanning across Survey No. 237 and 238 at Plot No. 3, 4, and 7/B. Being on the highway means we get to see a lot of traffic passing by, and the sound of trucks is like background music for us. We’ve got a good amount of space here with the different plots, which is lucky because we always seem to have more stuff than we have room for. The main office is a bit cramped with files and folders piled up, but we know where everything is. It’s a very hands-on kind of place. You’ll often see the owner out on the floor helping out instead of sitting behind a desk. We’ve got a small crew that has stayed with us through the years, so we’re more like a bunch of neighbors working together. The work can be tiring, and the Rajkot heat doesn’t make it any easier, but we get through it. We don't use any fancy systems or complicated rules. We just check the orders, get the materials ready, and make sure they get out the door on time. If a machine breaks down, we usually just fix it ourselves. It’s a simple way of doing business, without any of the big corporate overhead or unnecessary meetings. We just like to get things done and keep the place running smoothly for everyone who works here.
