Amtech Investment Castings

We are tucked away behind Vikash Exports on Gondal Road, near the toll tax naka in Kothariya village. It’s a bit of a walk from the main road, but that’s where Survey No. 238 is located. Amtech Investment Castings has been operating from this spot for a good bit of time. The work we do involves a lot of precision with the wax patterns and the shells, so it’s a multi-step process that takes patience. It’s not the kind of thing you can rush through. The shop floor is usually busy with people moving racks around and checking on the drying process. It gets pretty warm in the casting area, especially in the afternoons. We aren't a massive factory, but we have enough space to get the jobs done. Most of the staff live nearby, so it feels like a local operation. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything. We mostly just rely on people finding us through word of mouth or seeing our sign near the toll plaza. The floor is often covered in bits of wax or ceramic shell material, but we try to keep it as tidy as a casting shop can be. We’ve had some of the same machines since we started, and they still do the job just fine. It’s a steady rhythm here. We come in early, check the molds, and get to work. That's about it for our daily life. The sun usually hits the front of the building by noon, reminding us how long we've been at it.
