Akshar Plasto Foaming

We are located in the Jamvadi GIDC area in Gondal, specifically at Plot No. 21. If you know the area, we are right across from Khadi Plaza and near Anand Polymers. We share the space with Ekta Polyplast. The work we do here at Akshar Plasto Foaming involves a lot of heat and big machinery. It’s a typical GIDC setup with high ceilings and concrete floors that are always a bit dusty. We spend our days watching the foaming process and making sure the quality is what it needs to be. It’s not the cleanest environment, but it’s where the real work happens. The smell of the materials is something you just stop noticing after the first week. We have a small crew and everyone knows what they are supposed to do. There isn't much hierarchy here; if a machine needs cleaning, whoever is free does it. We keep an eye on the clock for the delivery trucks that come in from the main road. Lunch is a simple affair, often brought from home and eaten in the shade outside the main door. We focus on the practical side of things, like keeping the stock dry and the machines oiled. It’s a steady life in Gondal. We don’t have much to say about ourselves other than we show up every morning and keep the production line moving until it’s finally time to go home.
