Ajanta Manufacturing Ltd. is situated at the Orpat Industrial Estate on the Rajkot Highway. We also have P.O. Box No. 177 for our mail. This area is a very famous industrial belt in Gujarat. The highway is always packed with trucks carrying all sorts of goods. Our estate is quite large. It’s named after the Orpat brand, which most people in India recognize. We do a lot of different types of manufacturing here. It’s a very busy facility. We have hundreds of people coming in for different shifts. The scale of the place is something you have to see. It’s a lot of assembly lines and packaging areas. Despite the size, it’s run in a very traditional way. We don't have many layers of management. Decisions are made quickly on the floor. The environment is energetic. There’s a constant sound of packaging tape and machines. We’re right on the highway, so logistically it’s a great spot. We don't spend a lot on fancy offices. Most of the investment goes back into the machines and the plant. We have been here for a long time and have become a landmark on the Rajkot Highway. People use our gate as a reference point sometimes. It’s a place of work, first and foremost. We just keep our focus on the daily production targets and making sure everything runs smoothly. It’s a long day every day, but we get the job done right.
