Advance Diesel Engines is located across plots 2315, 2316, 2330, and 2331 on D-4 Road in the GIDC Lodhika area of Metoda. It is a lot of space, and every bit of it is used for working on diesel engines. Being in a place like Metoda, you are surrounded by the smell of oil and the sound of industrial work. We spend our days elbow-deep in engine parts, trying to figure out why something isn't firing right or just doing routine maintenance. It is a very technical job, but we explain things in plain English to the people who bring their equipment to us. We don't have a fancy lobby with a coffee machine. Usually, you just walk into the shop and find us working. The Rajkot heat can be quite brutal in the summer, making the workshop feel very stuffy, but we are used to it by now. We’ve built a reputation for just knowing how to fix things without charging for stuff people don't need. We aren't big on promotional talk or corporate slogans. We just like the challenge of a difficult engine problem. Most of our tools have been with us for years, and we take care of them because they are how we make our living. It is a simple, hardworking life in a very busy industrial part of the state. We just do the work.
