Accurate Technocast Pvt. Ltd.

Accurate Technocast Pvt. Ltd. is located within the Jay Krishna Industrial Estate on Vikas Stov Road. We are specifically at Survey No. 236, Plot No. 26/b, and we share the space with Shree Ram Casting. Working in a casting unit is not for everyone because it is loud, hot, and quite dusty. Most of our day is spent around the furnaces and the molds. The smell of molten metal is something you get used to after a while, but it is always there. Our workshop is full of heavy equipment and stacks of sand and metal scrap. We do not have an office with carpets or air conditioning. Most of our paperwork is done on a simple wooden desk in a corner that is hopefully a bit cooler than the rest of the shop. It is a tough environment, especially when we have a lot of orders to get through. We have a crew of workers who have been with us for years, and they know the casting process inside and out. We do not worry too much about how the place looks to outsiders. Our focus is just on the metal and making sure the shapes come out the way they are supposed to. Sometimes a mold breaks or the temperature is not quite right, and we just have to start over. It is part of the job. We have been on this plot for a long time and it is where we do our best work.
