Our agency is located near Sanjeevani Hospital in Rajkot. Being so close to a hospital means we see a lot of people coming and going at all hours. It’s a busy area and the traffic can be a real mess during the middle of the day. We mainly handle the wholesale side of things and supply different medicines to other shops. The warehouse is usually full of boxes stacked high to the ceiling. It’s a lot of lifting and moving stuff around all day long. My hands are usually a bit dirty from handling the cardboard boxes. We aren't a fancy office with leather chairs. It's just a practical space where we get the work done. Rajkot is a fast town and everyone is always in a hurry to get somewhere. We try to keep up with the orders as they come in. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and it gets a bit stressful for us. But we just take it one call at a time. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while and we know all the delivery drivers well. They stop for tea sometimes when things are slow. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us making sure the medicine gets to where it needs to go. The walls could use a new coat of paint but that's not a priority right now. We focus on the inventory and making sure the counts are right. It’s honest work.
