Sigma Minerals

Sigma Minerals is situated out in the Riico Industrial Area in Rajgarh, Alwar. Our spot is Plot No.104. It’s right near the Co-operative Bank, which is a good landmark because the industrial area can be a bit confusing if you aren’t from around here. We deal with minerals and raw materials. Because of the nature of the work, the place is always a bit dusty. You can’t really avoid it in this part of Rajasthan. The office is just a small room attached to the main yard. We don’t have fancy air conditioning or modern furniture. It’s a working yard. We spend our days coordinating with the mines and organizing the trucks that come in and out. The weather gets very hot here, especially in May and June, which makes the work a lot harder. We’ve been based in Rajgarh for quite some time. We know the local drivers and the other business owners in the Riico area. We don't have a big website or a marketing team. Most of our business comes from long-standing relationships we’ve built up over the years. It’s a tough, physical business, but it’s steady. We just get on with the job of moving the material and keeping the records straight. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living in the industrial sector for us and the guys who work here.
