Renuka Gum & Chemical Industries

Renuka Gum & Chemical Industries is out on Taranagar Road, specifically at Plot No. 07. We are in Tehsil Sadulpur, which is in the Churu district. It’s quite a rural area compared to the big cities. The road can be dusty and it’s very hot here during the summer months. Our facility is pretty basic. It’s a large plot where we process gum and chemicals. There’s a lot of open space and some sheds where the machines are kept. We don't have any air conditioning in the main work areas, just some big fans. The people who work here are mostly from the nearby villages in Sadulpur. We’ve known each other for a long time. It’s not a formal place. You’ll see us in our regular clothes, just doing the daily chores. Renuka Gum & Chemical Industries has been part of the local landscape for a while. We don't have a big office building. Our paperwork is handled in a small room near the gate. We spend most of our time outside or in the sheds. Life moves a bit slower out here in Churu. We don't feel the need to rush everything. We just make sure the quality is right and the bags are filled. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. It's a long day, especially when the sun is high.
