We are based in Churu District, right near the Panchayat Samiti. It’s a quiet enough area most days, though things pick up when there’s a lot of activity at the local government offices nearby. Our setup is pretty traditional. It’s a family-run kind of thing, which is why the name is what it is. We don’t have a lot of employees, just a few of us who have been doing this for years. In this part of Rajasthan, you get used to the heat and the sand pretty quickly. Our office is just a simple building where we handle our business affairs. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of slogans. We just focus on what needs to get done for the day. Most of our neighbors know us by name, and we like it that way. If someone needs something, they usually just walk in or call us on the landline. It’s an old-school way of doing things, but it works for us. We spend a lot of time just talking to people and figuring out how to help with their requests. There isn't a big corporate ladder here, just the family and the work. We’ve been near the Panchayat Samiti for a long time and we don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon.
