Ashok Medical Store

Our shop is right on A V Road here in Biaora. This part of the district is usually humming with people going about their daily business. Ashok Medical Store has been sitting on this road for a long time now. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t spend much on decorations because we’re usually too busy keeping the inventory straight and the counters wiped down. The A V Road can be quite loud with the buses and trucks passing through Biaora, but you get used to the sound after a week or two. We have a small counter and a lot of shelves that go all the way up to the ceiling. Sometimes we have to use the old metal ladder to reach the top rows. It’s a bit wobbly, but it hasn’t let us down yet. We don’t have a website or any of those modern things. We just open the doors and see who comes in. The paperwork usually piles up on the small desk in the corner, and we spend our evenings trying to make sense of the receipts. It’s a basic operation. We know the regulars by their names and they know us. There isn’t any corporate hierarchy here. Just a few people trying to run a shop in the middle of town. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us while they are out doing their shopping on the main road. It’s a good spot for a business like ours.
