We've been here at Ginni Refractories on Main Road for a good while now. The shop is right on the Sundergarh Station Road in Lohta, so it’s easy enough to find if you’re coming from the station side. We mostly handle refractory stuff, you know, the materials that take a lot of heat without falling apart. It's dusty work and can get pretty tiring some days, but that's just how the industry is. We keep a stock of what people usually need for their kilns or furnaces. It's not a fancy office or anything, just a place where we get things done and talk to customers who know what they're looking for. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets a bit much during the day, which makes deliveries a bit of a headache, but we manage. My cousin helps out with the loading when it gets busy. We don't really do much advertising, mostly just people stopping by because they saw the sign or heard about us from someone else in the trade. Dealing with heat-resistant materials means you have to be careful about what you're selling, so we try to keep things straightforward. If you come by, you'll probably see us moving pallets or checking the inventory in the back. It’s just us doing our job every day, trying to make sure the orders get out on time without too much fuss. Nothing more to it than that, really.
