Smh Furniture Industry

Smh Furniture Industry is our small business located over in Chinthalmet. The address is 4/12/156/4/A/Np, which is in the Mmpahadi area. It is a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't familiar with the local roads, but we like it. We have our workshop set up here where we spend most of our time around wood, glue, and tools. It gets pretty loud with the sawing and hammering, but that is the sound of work being done. We aren't some massive factory with thousands of items. We are just a local industry doing things our way in Mmpahadi. The space is filled with projects in different stages of being finished. Sometimes it is a bit messy with sawdust everywhere, but we clean up when we can. We started Smh Furniture Industry because we wanted to build things ourselves. Being in Chinthalmet allows us to stay close to the community. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy things for us. This is just us telling you where we are and what it’s like. If you come by, you’ll probably see us with our sleeves rolled up, busy with a table or a chair. The address is long, but once you find Mmpahadi, you are pretty much there. We just focus on the craft and hope the pieces we make last a long time. It’s a humble place, but it is ours and we enjoy being here every day. It is what it is.
