We’ve been over here at Plot No 31 in Bank Colony for a while now. Bandlaguda is a busy place, and our days start pretty early, usually before the sun is even fully up. Dealing with hatcheries means things never really stop. There’s always something that needs attention, whether it’s checking on the temperatures or making sure everything is clean. It’s not fancy work, mostly just keeping the birds healthy and the cycles moving along. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather gets a bit strange or the deliveries don’t arrive exactly when they should. We don't have a big office or anything, just the space we need to get the job done. People around here know where we are, right near the colony road. It's a lot of manual work, getting our hands dirty and making sure the orders are ready to go out to whoever needs them. Sometimes the noise is a bit much, but you get used to it after a few weeks. We just try to keep things simple and stay out of trouble. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we have a rhythm. It isn't always perfect, and sometimes we lose track of time, but the work gets finished by the end of the day. If you’re ever walking by the plot, you’ll probably see us hauling crates or checking the gates. That’s just how life is here.
