We are located at A/3 in the Binanigram township, which is part of Pindwara in Sirohi district. This is where many of us live and work, so the line between the two gets a bit blurry sometimes. It’s a company town, and you can feel that everywhere you go. Our office is basically a converted living space where we keep all the records for the cement plant. It’s not a fancy place at all. You’ll find old wooden chairs, a few ceiling fans humming away, and stacks of ledgers piled up on the tables. We don’t have any slick brochures or high-tech displays. Most of our work is done through phone calls and face-to-face chats with the people who live right here in the colony. Life in Sirohi can be pretty quiet once the sun goes down, but during the day, the plant is the heart of everything. We spend our hours making sure the logistics are handled and the workers have what they need. It’s a very practical way of living. We know everyone by their first names around here, and that makes the job easier. If there’s a problem with a shipment, we just walk over and talk to whoever is responsible. We aren't interested in corporate talk. We just want to make sure the cement keeps moving out of the plant and into the trucks as it should.
