M/S Jklakshmi Cement Ltd.

We’re located out at M-9 Jaykaypuram in Banas, which is part of the Sirohi district in Rajasthan. M/S Jklakshmi Cement Ltd. has been part of this landscape for a long time now. If you’ve ever been out this way, you know it’s a lot of open space and plenty of heat. Our place is basically where the cement gets sorted and the business side of things happens. It isn't a glamorous job, but cement is what builds everything else, so we keep at it day after day. The office is functional. It’s got what we need and not much else. Most of the staff here have lived in Rajasthan their whole lives, so we are used to the dry air and the way things work around here. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing. We just focus on the bags of cement moving out on the trucks and making sure the orders are correct. Sometimes the schedules get tight and the warehouse gets a bit frantic, but we manage to pull through. We aren’t trying to change the world; we are just making sure people have the materials they need for their own houses and projects. It’s a simple life out here in Jaykaypuram.
