Binani Cement Limited

This branch of Binani Cement Limited is located over in New Panvel, specifically at Hari Mahal in Sector-V. We’re working out of A-301, which is part of Plot No-44-45. You’ll usually find Manoj Sureka here handling the day-to-day stuff. It’s a different vibe than being at a factory because we’re right in the middle of a residential and commercial mix in Raigadh district. The office is basically a flat that’s been set up to handle the administrative side of things. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of files coming in, but we manage just fine. We spend a lot of time on the phone or responding to emails about shipments. The traffic in Panvel can be a real headache, so we try to get most of our outside errands done early. It’s a simple place with a few desks and a computer that’s seen better days. We don't really do much in the way of decoration; we just focus on getting the work done so the cement gets to where it needs to be. Being in Hari Mahal means we have neighbors living right next door, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s an honest way to spend the day, just pushing through the paperwork and making sure the numbers add up. It’s not a glamorous setup, but it’s our little corner of the company here in this part of the city.
