We operate out of Visakhapatnam, right in the Chinna Waltair area. Our office is actually on the second floor of the Pearls Paradise Apartment building, specifically unit C-4. It’s a bit different working out of an apartment complex compared to a big glass office tower, but it works fine for us. We have enough space for our desks and all the project files we accumulate over the years. Visakhapatnam is a beautiful place to be, especially being near the coast. Sometimes you can feel a bit of that sea breeze if the windows are open on a good day. Dodsal Engg. & Constn. Pvt. Ltd. has been around for a long time, and this branch handles a lot of the local coordination for our projects. We spend a lot of time on the phone or tucked away in meetings about technical specs and material costs. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of site supervisors visiting at once for their weekly updates, but we manage. There is a small kitchen area where we make coffee and tea. Most of the day is just quiet work, typing up reports or checking the math on some structural plans. We don’t really do anything flashy here. It is just about getting the engineering right and making sure the construction side of the business has what it needs to move forward. Being in the 530 017 area means we are close to the heart of the city.
