We operate out of Rajsamand in Rajasthan. It’s a place known for its mining and industrial history, and we fit right into that. We don't have a specific street name or house number to give out; everyone around here just knows where the site is. It’s a rugged environment. We spend our days surrounded by dust and heavy machinery. It’s not the kind of place where you’d wear a nice suit. Most of us are in work boots and heavy shirts. We don't have a fancy office with air conditioning. We just have a few sturdy buildings where we keep our logs and take our breaks. The sun is usually beating down, so we stay under the shade when we can. We’ve been here for years, watching the landscape change as we work. It’s honest, difficult work, and we don’t make any excuses for it. We don't have any promotional brochures or a fancy sales pitch. We just have the job at hand. Sometimes the work is slow, and other times it’s a mad rush to meet a deadline. We just take it as it comes. It’s a tight-knit group here. We look out for one another and make sure the day's work is finished before the sun goes down. We know the area like the back of our hand and we don't plan on moving. It's just the way it's always been here.
