We are located at 226, Dhudial Apartment, right near Madhuban Chowk in Pitampura. It’s a busy spot, and finding a parking space can be a headache sometimes if you arrive late. Inside the office, things are usually moving fast. You’ll see stacks of blueprints and registers piled on the desks. It isn't a fancy corporate glass building, just a regular place where we get the work done. Most of us have been here a while now, so we know the local tea seller and the shortcut through the lanes. We handle various building projects from here. It gets noisy outside with the New Delhi traffic, but we just shut the windows and focus on the papers. Sometimes the AC acts up in the summer, but that’s just how it is. We don’t spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for guests. The focus is always on the numbers and the site updates that come in every morning. Lunch usually happens at our desks while we talk about the latest delays or materials arriving. It’s a practical environment. If you walk in, you’ll find us surrounded by files and phones ringing. We’ve grown used to the pace of Pitampura. It’s just a group of people trying to keep things organized in a city that never stops moving. No big speeches here, just the daily routine of Simplex Infrastructures Ltd and getting through the pile of work on our desks.
