We are Grasim Ind. Ltd. and we are located in Village Raikhera, over in Tehsil Tijara in the Alwar district of Rajasthan. Being out in a village means things are a bit different than the city offices. It is a bit more spread out and you can see the open fields from the gate. We have a lot of local folks from Raikhera working with us. It’s a practical environment. We have the machinery and the space we need to do the heavy lifting. The roads around Tijara can be a bit bumpy, especially for the heavy trucks, but we make it work. It’s a quiet place mostly, except for when the shift changes or when a big delivery comes through. We don't have any fancy coffee machines or lounge areas. We just have a place to sit and some water. It’s honest work out here. People know us in the village because we’ve been part of the landscape for quite some time. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it’s the weather or a machine breaking down. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just fix what needs fixing and keep going. That is how life is at this branch in Alwar. It’s a good community and we are glad to be a part of it.
