Our setup is over in Jodhpur, specifically in the Shastri Nagar area at the Birla White office. You can find us at D-7, which is a fairly busy part of town compared to some other spots. Nikhil Dubey is the assistant manager here, and he handles a lot of the TPP side of things. The office isn't a massive complex or anything, just a functional space where we get the work done. Jodhpur is a busy city, and being in Shastri Nagar means there’s always something going on outside our windows. We have a small team here working on the different aspects of the Birla White operations. It’s mostly about managing the schedules and making sure the reports are filed on time. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed for the most part, though things can get a bit hectic when there’s a big deadline or a lot of visitors coming through from other branches. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty; it’s more about having a desk that works and enough light to see what we’re doing. Most of us take our tea breaks at the little stalls nearby where we can catch up on the local news. It’s a decent place to work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city and the specific needs of this office. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing every day.
